The company has expanded out from the former premises and the landlord could not offer more space. The decision was made to move into new premises.
Results
After a sampling process the company decided for the premises on Hovslagargatan 3. The lease contract was signed in February and they moved to the new premises in December 2007.
With the project management of CBRE Cederquist got a consistently control of both costs and time schedule during the whole project and the finishing.

IBM searched for a professional Real Estate partner and decided to outsource their Real estate activity within big competition in 2002. After an accurate analysis CBRE was chosen that could offer IBM the widest and deepest of the service.
Results
CBRE helped IBM to establish, terminate and renegotiate lease contracts all over Sweden. Approximately has totally 30 lease contracts been concerned from Luleå in the north and Malmö in the South of Sweden.
CBRE is responsible of IBM being charged right lease costs and that the landlords fulfill their obligation according to the lease contract.
CBRE helps IBM with real estate Due Diligence at company acquisition.
Through proactive process CBRE has continuously conduced to huge saving in cost and optimizations of IBM´s Real Estate portfolio.

Söderberg & Partner has expanded out from the former premises. The decision was made to move into new premises of 1000 sq m at Stureplan .
Results
After a sampling process the company decided for the premises on Regeringsgatan 45. The lease contract was signed in January 2007 and they moved to the new premises in June 2007.
CBRE was also responsible for the project management and coordination of the whole move.
