Results
After a sampling process the company decided for the premises on Hovslagargatan 3. The lease contract was signed in February and they moved to the new premises in December 2007.
With the project management of CB Richard Ellis Cederquist got a consistently control of both costs and time schedule during the whole project and the finishing.

CB Richard Ellis helped IBM to establish, terminate and renegotiate lease contracts all over Sweden. Approximately has totally 30 lease contracts been concerned from Luleå in the north and Malmö in the South of Sweden.
CB Richard Ellis is responsible of IBM being charged right lease costs and that the landlords fulfill their obligation according to the lease contract.
CB Richard Ellis helps IBM with real estate Due Diligence at company acquisition.

After a sampling process the company decided for the premises on Regeringsgatan 45. The lease contract was signed in January 2007 and they moved to the new premises in June 2007.
CB Richard Ellis was also responsible for the project management and coordination of the whole move.
