CB Richard Ellis offers services in what we refer to as concept develop-
ment in lifestyle living, or ”Concept Living” (CL). At present the primary focus of CL is on residential arrangements for seniors and the elderly.
Our services in this field depend on the property concerned but are also based on an understanding of the objectives and opportunities of the various parties involved (operators – residents – local governments – property owners). Our sphere of activity can be viewed as the border
zone between the property owner and the other parties, and our assignments often relate to the development of property, business and concept. Assignments could include, for example, assisting local governments in their long-term planning of housing for the elderly, helping property owners to develop their stock of real estate in this area, serving as advisers in connection with transactions, conducting studies of rents or preparing investment analyses.
