CBRE Announces New Leadership Appointments in Sweden to Drive Growth and Enhance Client Service

Stockholm, Sweden – 9 December 2025 – CBRE today announced new leadership appointments in Sweden, effective January 1, 2026, as part of its strategy to accelerate growth and enhance client service. These changes reflect CBRE’s commitment to reinforcing its market leadership and positioning the business for sustained success.
Oscar has significant experience and deep knowledge of the real estate market and has been part of CBRE for over ten years. During this time, he has played a pivotal role in developing the business and strengthening client relationships, which has reinforced CBRE’s position in the market. In his new role, Oscar will lead the Agency team, focusing on driving growth, creating additional value for the company’s clients, and further strengthening CBRE’s market position. To support this development, the Agency team has adopted a new structure designed to enhance collaboration and deliver even greater results. It comprises:

Industrial & Logistics – led by Christoffer Nord
Office – newly appointed lead: Caroline Sjödin

Anders Hansén appointed Head of Property Management

Anders brings deep knowledge of the real estate market and an extensive network, which will be instrumental in driving the next phase of growth for Property Management. With a strong platform and market position, the business is well-positioned to thrive under Anders’s leadership. Rikard Eriksen will continue to be part of support the Swedish business to ensure strategic alignment and continuity.
