We take the role of project managers and professional advisers in the project once you have, perhaps with our team, identified the right office space for your business. We take overall responsibility and control, coordinate and follow up all the activities that need to be carried out when changing your premises or moving. As a project manager for your relocation we are the point of contact towards landlord, suppliers and other possible consultants. We represent you in meetings with the landlord and help you forward so that you make the right decisions in time, and ensure that the premises are adapted in accordance with the rental agreement.
A budget is set up for adaptations, procurements and relocation, and we will assist you with procurement documentations and project management of purchasing, for example, interior design, technical support, security and relocation firm. We will lead you throughout the entire process and coordinate deliveries and installation in coordination with the landlords construction work and ensure that the project is ready in time and according to budget.
